
This thin fan filter unit is one our creations, born from the pursuit of
added-value, for customers with a wide range of needs. The unit adopts
Topre's exclusive high-efficiency turbo fan, ideal for air purification
in factory production systems or in limited areas, boasting a thickness
of only 163 mm, the thinnest among our filter units and low in noise.
Semiconductor and LCD manufacturing factories, operating theaters, and intensive care units (ICUs) all require a highly purified atmosphere. For example, a minute piece of dust of less than 1 micrometer can be lethal in a super LSI production environment.
Topre utilizes highly advanced air conditioning and purification technologies developed throughout our history, and produces air purification units with low noise and low power consumption thanks to our original fan designs.
For the purpose of realizing a Comfortable Air Conditioned Environment
with Low Power Consumption, Topre developed the Variable Air Volume (VAV)
and Constant Air Volume (CAV) systems with an air velocity meter ahead
of the world’s manufacturers, providing not only a comfortable, air conditioned
environment, but also a significant reduction in power consumption.
Our Multi Supply Unit (MSU) delivers independent air volume control over multiple zones and is the industry’s first control unit directly installable on the exit side of generic fan coils from different manufacturers. Its propeller sensor determines air velocity from the number of rotations detected by a combination of magnetic rubber and a magnetoresistive element in a non-contact manner. This improves reliability and durability, enabling a longer product life cycle.
