Air-conditioning Equipment

A wide variety of air-conditioning systems to meet the different needs of office buildings, hospitals, factories, and private houses is available from Topre. We can propose a variety of unit combinations and systems aimed at creating a pleasant environment friendly to people and the community.

Blowers (Aerotop)

A great variety of air blowers and unit combinations based on more than 100 different types of fans
Our products, from sirocco fans to turbo fans, come in more than 100 models - with unprecedented efficiency and low noise - and are able to satisfy many different requirements. Image of blowers(Aerotop)
Customized Products
We can deliver products suited specifically to your needs, be they individual fans or modules, and we can make recommendations with a flexibility that only self-developed products allow.

Thin Fan Filter Units

Best suited for installation within factory equipment and for localized air cleaning
Mounted with Topre's unique turbo fan, our fan filter units greatly reduce thickness and noise, the thinnest unit measuring only 163 mm in height. Eight standard models are available, operating on either one-phase 100V, or three-phase 200V. We can also supply various ULPA filters, if required. Image of thin fan filter units

Clean Units

Topre's clean unit results in a dust-free working environment
Air conditioning in semiconductor or liquid crystal plants and in hospital operating rooms or intensive care units (ICUs) must meet particularly stringent requirements. In areas where processing work for the manufacture of ultra-large scale integrated circuits (ULSIs) is being conducted, dust particles of even less than 1 micron could cause critical damage.
Using the advanced air conditioning technology we have built up over the years, Topre is developing low-noise and power-efficient clean units equipped with cutting-edge fans.

Direct Expansion Air Handling Systems

Remarkable features embodying unique technology
Conventional "direct expansion air handling systems" simply consist of a few functions housed within an air handling system. In contrast, Topre's direct expansion air handling system is made up of an entirely new air conditioning system, combining working ease and the functional excellence of a four-pipe arrangement, which embodies the company's unique technology. It functions not only to control temperature, but also to regulate humidity with enhanced energy efficiency. Topre will continue to supply new products, making full use of these and other technological achievements. Image of direct expansion air handling system

"VAVCON" air conditioning systems

Realizing comfort and energy saving
Topre was the first company in the world to develop VAV and CAV using wind velocity sensors. These products, besides providing a pleasant air-conditioned environment, enhance energy conservation. Image of VAV air conditioning system
Our system allows combinations with diverse products from multiple manufacturers
Along with the increased computerization of the VAV environment, we support open protocol-compatible multi-vendor VAV air-conditioning systems by adopting LonWorks, a virtual international standard, for VAV control. In other words, we can create a system by combining diverse products from multiple manufacturers. Image of VAV air conditioning system
Biggest share in domestic market
Today, LonWorks is increasingly utilized for large projects. Our pioneering initiatives and extensive experience in this respect are highly appreciated by our customers. Consequently, we enjoy the biggest share of the domestic market.

Ventilation Systems for Residential Use

Revised building code necessitates mechanized ventilation
In principle, Japan’s revised Building Standards Law, which has been in effect since July 2003, requires mechanized ventilation for every building because of counter measures against "sick house syndrome". Under the new code, an ordinary residential house should be equipped with a mechanized ventilation system that ventilates the interior at least once every two hours (24-hour ventilation system). House ventilation systems since 1989
As residential houses are increasingly being built to be virtually air-tight today, so-called "sick house syndrome," blamed on formaldehyde, other chemical substances, and mites and mold, is a problem. Topre began manufacturing and marketing house ventilation systems to solve this problem in 1989, long before mechanized ventilation became mandatory. This has been highly regarded by major home builders. Illustration of ventilation systems for residensial use
Biggest supplier to domestic market
As of March 2005, some 180,000 units of Class 1 heat exchanger-based duct type ventilation systems - one of Topre's main product categories - had been shipped. This represents the largest volume in the domestic market.
Ductless ventilation systems mounted with cyclone anti-bug mechanism - first in the industry
Topre supplies the market with "ductless ventilation systems," which can be at least as effective as duct-type central ventilation systems, without using duct. The system is an epochal product - a first for the industry - mounted with a mechanism to prevent bugs and dust from entering while air from outside is allowed in (cyclone anti-bug mechanism).
