Designed comprehensively as a display unit with touch panels, this monitor has a thin, light and compact shape with easy operation, requiring the user only to touch the screen. It uses a state-of-the-art LCD - featuring a wide angle of view, high luminance, and long life - for factory automation applications. It is available in large sizes, with an LCD of up to 20.1 inches, or a CRT of up to 22 inches. The product satisfies IEC safety standards and dust/water/drip-proof specifications. It is extensively and effectively used in many different applications, including the emergency communication and command system of the fire service, where continuous operation is required 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. |

This unit features excellent optical characteristics, including high visibility, adaptability to disturbances from reflected light, and faithful display-color reproduction. It uses a chemically tempered glass plate (2.8 mm standard thickness) that meets applicable safety standards (IEC60950) and is highly resistant to scratches, thanks to Topre's unique high-strength ceramic coating. The result is an almost limitless durability against repeated touches. Units can also be made to various relevant standards (including VCCI and CE). The display is easy to handle, partly thanks to a self-diagnosis function and the capability for self-restoration in the event of touch panel trouble. The type of touch panel can be selected from among various options, including the low-cost resistive film type, the highly reliable and sturdy electrostatic capacitive type, and the infrared ray type. It can be customized to a particular application from many different alternatives, including information KIOSK terminals. |
