Basic policy of the Topre Group on the prevention of corruption

1. Aimed at preserving fair and sound relationships with all stakeholders in the conduct of business activities,
   we strive for the prevention of any act of corruption, including bribery through political donations as well as entertainment and gifts with business partners, conflicts of interest, insider trading, money laundering, obstruction of justice, and contact with anti-social forces, and establish action guidelines and internal regulations as actions that will prevent corruption.


2. All employees are aware of the prevention of corruption in the execution of their duties and strive to promote it.
   At the same time, all employees comply with related laws and regulations and act in accordance with company rules.


3. In the event of a violation by an employee, the company will handle it promptly, correct the violation, revise the Code of Conduct and internal regulations as required, and strive to prevent reoccurrence.
