Efforts to activate the general meeting of shareholders and facilitate the exercise of voting rights

We hold an ordinary general meeting of shareholders every June.

We believe that the general meeting of shareholders is a valuable forum for dialog with our shareholders, and we are taking steps to activate the general meeting of shareholders and facilitate the exercise of voting rights. Examples of major initiatives are as follows.

  • Early sending of convocation notice for general meetings of shareholders
  • Setting the date of the general meeting of shareholders to avoid busy days
  • Exercise of voting rights by electronic means
  • Providing convocation notice (summary) in English
  • Holding a shareholder round-table conference after the general meeting of shareholders

Relationship with individual investors

We are working to make individual investors aware of our company.

Throughout the year, we hold company information sessions for individual investors and participate in IR events, and strive to raise the name recognition of individual investors.

In order for our shareholders to deepen their understanding of Topre, we send out a newsletter to our shareholders twice a year and hold a social gathering after the general meeting of shareholders.

Relationship with institutional investors

We hold financial results briefings twice a year for institutional investors and securities analysts to explain our business performance, business reports, and future outlook. In addition, we hold individual interviews and conference calls throughout the year to make efforts to promote institutional investors' understanding of Topre.
